Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Nikita Johnson is a Certified Birth Doula & Doula Agency Owner, Certified OB Surgical Technologist, Doula Trainer, Doula Mentor, and Founder of the DMV Doula Association. She has years of knowledge and experience working on Labor & Delivery and put her skills into doula work when training aspiring doulas. As a trainer, she teaches her students to support births in all environments including in hospitals, birth centers and at home. She also has experience supporting unmedicated births, inductions, cesareans, and high risk pregnancies.

        WHAT WE OFFER

    Pregnancy &          Birth Doula               Training

     You will learn and understand             how to physically, mentally and               emotional support birthing               individuals and their families                 throughout pregnancy, labor,              childbirth and early postpartum                             transition. 

Class is from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM each                             day. 

     Postpartum &     Newborn Care        Doula Training

     You will learn and understand             how to physically, mentally and               emotional support postpartum      people throughout the postpartum    period, while learning to care for                              the newborn.

Class is from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM each                             day. 

Mentorship & Business Coaching 

     Virtual & In-              Person                Mentorship

     After successful completion of          my doula training, you will gain            access to my facebook group for           three months. You will receive               continuous support as  you build your doula practice and tips on how to support your clients.

   If you are doula that has not                   taken my doula training, and you            desire in-person or virtual                   mentorship, you are able to join my     mentorship group for a monthly                                  rate.

  During this class, I go more into detail about Websites, SEO Visibility, Meta Tags, Contracts, Social Media Strategies and Tools necessary to grow your doula practice. Many ways to get paid for doula services and how to obtain doula clients.
