Nikita Johnson is a maternal health educator, birth professional, and serial entrepreneur committed to improving pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and reproductive health through evidence-based education, professional training, and compassionate support. She is the President/Founder of DMV Birth Doulas Collective.

With experience spanning the operating room, birth support, childbirth education, and professional training, Nikita has dedicated her career to preparing families for informed birth experiences while mentoring the next generation of birth professionals.

Rather than focusing solely on certifications, Nikita believes exceptional birth professionals are developed through education, ethical practice, mentorship, critical thinking, and lifelong learning.
